WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Your loyalty points will expire 12 months from earning them! 

USING LOYALTY POINTS WITH BUNDLES AND DISCOUNT CODES

Loyalty points can be used to purchase bundles, however, they cannot be used on in conjunction with discount codes.

LOYALTY POINTS & FREE SHIPPING

If the minimum spent amount was reached, but part of the sum was paid for using a discount / loyalty points, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. The minimum amount must be paid for with actual money. 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY LOYALTY POINTS?

The loyalty points tab should appear on the right side of your screen during the last stage of the check out process. Here you adjust the amount of points you wish to use (example image provided below).  

Please ensure you are logged into your account prior to the check out stage, as this loyalty tab will not appear if you aren't logged into your Grenade.com account. 

If you are using a mobile device then you need to click the 'show data summary' drop down on the payment page in order to see your points (example image provided below).

Please note if you are logged into Shoppay, Klarna or Amazon pay you will automatically be redirected to these site and skip the page with our loyalty points tab on, so please ensure you are logged out of these at this stage of the checkout.
