    I bought products on the black Friday sale. It was confirmed and I was taken to a page that said due to the site being busy it might take a while for a confirmation email to be received and delivery might take longer which I totally accepted. However, I was concerned that my package still haven't arrived and it was then I noticed that I had ever had a confirmation email. I then checked my basket and it was as if my purchase had never been processed. My husband and I were really looking forward to this order because we were trying new flavours. We are very disappointed.
